I have a small cartoon style graphic that I would like to use for my small business. I am currently located in Manila in the Philipines and would like to find someone local if possible but not essential.
I would like someone to look at it and maybe develop one that is more in line with my work. If anyone is interested, perhaps they could email me for more information.
