Scott,

You're getting the P tags because you've got blank lines. You can handle it one of several ways:

 * Delete all the blank lines in your script.
 * Put a "space" at the beginning of each line. (It still looks blank to you and the javascript interpreter, but not to Manila.)
 * Turn off Manila's auto-insertion of P tags. (I've never done this, so I can't give details.)

I'd lean towards the second option.
