To add one footnote to my "bingo"...

I do notice that after hitting the Edit This Page button, the next page still indicates "no file selected."

In an ideal world, more appropriate behavior would be for the page to show the identity of the existing image or indicate in some other way that a file has already been specified. Possibly even replace "no file selected" with text along the lines of "click to select new file" or similar?
