Updated Manila and David kindly updated the Bayly root to overcome this and proceeded to test the fix.

When trying to post a comment, I then got:

403 Forbidden
Request Forbidden.

Deleting config.manila.callbacks.commentsubmit() then removes the 403 Forbidden error for posting a comment, but the 403 Forbidden error now appears instead of "Edit Message Can't call "Dispatcher" because there are too many parameters." when editing one via the DG.
