To restore from the backup in the /ops/backups folder, you can choose File->Open from the Frontier application window.

You can then select the table and then Copy/Paste it from the backup manilaWebsites.root file into the "live" manilaWebsites.root

With the table selected, choose Edit->Cut then choose Window->manilaWebsites.root (you should look for the first instance of manilaWebsites.root since you'll see two). Then choose Edit->Paste, clicking OK to confirm that you want to overrite the existing table.

If the table doesn't copy properly, you may need to restart Manila first.
