I don't think it's possibly to easily fix the theme. If you can login to the site, you can try restoring the default template:

http://frontier.userland.com/restoreDefaultTemplate

But since it's a test site, it might be easier to just delete it.

Also, can you email me the theme and I'll check to see how the Open Link in a new Window functionality was setup.
