That's twice now you've mentioned legal TAGS when discussing issues with macros. legal MACROS are set by the server admin on the admin website , and are server wide settings.

If you make a typo error,such as missing a quote, Mnail will neuter the macro expresion , which means it changes the { to & then # then 123 ; As Lawrence said, the wysiwyg editors tend to make problems with quotes sometimes - I only ever managed to make that issue go away using the tinyMCE wysywig editor (you need addedValues for that) .
