Hi Dan,

I would try this:

1) Swap in the upgraded Frontier application from the upgrade package.

2) Then manually upgrade the root files directly instead of using the upgrader.

Choose Window->manila.root and then chosoe Main->Update manila.root. Choose OK to any dialogs to confirm the upgrade.

Then repeat for mainResponder.root, prefs.root and Frontier.root.

The manila.root is a large upgrade so it might take a few minutes.
