New Message: Create a new picture

When I click Post New Picture I get:

Sorry! There was an error: Can't evaluate the expression because the name "msgNum" hasn't been defined.

Checking this out, it is for .bmp images only.

Is there any chance of adding this file extension to the acceptable list?
