Can anything be done to rectify the problem whereby clicking on the link to a theme (mainly the weblogger ones) before actually applying it to a site produces:

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I'd like to be able to preview the theme before applying it.

I think I may have mentioned this a few weeks ago.
