Oh, yes... I'm seeing fairly slow load times on sites across the various roots, but in this particular one where it really started showing up, there's only 42 messages in there right now, so that site is really just getting started. I can also say that this wasn't an issue until just recently, so I'm not altogether certain if anything changed just recently, but I'm guessing that if it was a Frontier/Manila app problem, we would be seeing it across the board with other servers as well.
