you need to install the controlpanel addins; by running controlpanelAddins.init. This makes whole a whole set of powerful but potentially dangerous site affecting administrator tools. Once you've doen that log in to yoru admin website and go to Addins link under the settings page . You will find one called applyToManilaSite, which allows you to change values in many sites at once. be careful!

The ones you need are GEMForcePath (maybe) and GEMForceURL (for sure) . They simply recompute the path and the url after you have changed them by either changing the master setting on the amdin site; or if you have supplied values in each site to override manila's default. To say it another way, move the folder if need be, change the setting for folder and apply gemforcepath. Then change url setting, and apply GEMForceURL. Final step is to apply GEMShortcutsRedo, to recreate the short cuts with the new url.

Again be careful. Try one site first.
