Open the Frontier application window, choose Window->config.root. Then choose File->Save a Copy and call the new file configFresh.root. After the file has finished saving, exit Frontier and go to the /Guest Databases/apps sub-folder. Move the config.root file to another folder and then rename the configFresh.root file to config.root.

Start up Frontier and test that all your sites are responding normally.
