ok. Thanks for this.I take it that I dont need to worry about size or quantity of pictures uploaded - just the content that goes in the gems folder.

I have tried to email sales, customer services and lawrence at userland.com with no reply.

Is it possible my mail is being junked? I do have some important queries that our school needs an answer to before we buy.
