Your script looks like a great way to set this for all sites, but it's probably a good idea to point out the "user-friendly" way to do it for a single site.

 * Go to /Prefs/ &rarr; /Advanced/ &rarr; /Legal Tags/.
 * Check the checkboxes by /embed/, /object/, and /param/.
 * Click /Submit/.
