You should double check what files you have inside the Guest Databases folders.

By default the Nightly Backups are saved to the /Guest Databases/ops/backups folder. If you are doing your own backups of the Guest Databases folder, you can delete this folder and then disable the Nightly Backup function. This should reduce the number of files you need to backup and shorten the time it takes to complete a backup.
