I do dislike using the forum for this, but I am becoming exasperated that attempts of my colleagues and myself to contact anyone at Userland are failing. We are attempting to set up a new site, and discuss finance and have no replies to our email, sent to a variety of addresses! Help! My colleagues are now wishing to take business elsewhere.
