1) It's just a responder that handles the specific URLs entered into the data table.

2) Yes, this doesn't change the existing temporary redirect functionality in the mainresponder.domains table

3) No, it's independent of those root files.

4) Yes, but it would probably be just a modification of the mainresponder domains feature.
