I am having an issue where I am using ViewRssBox to take a news feed from one Manila site on our server to another ... it does not refresh ..

I have to go into user.xml.rss.cache and physically delete the old cached entry for the feed for the latest news to appear.

I notice whenever the page reading the news is loaded it actually changes the timeExpires value to be 1 hour in the future .. but it has not updated the HTML for it.

Is this a known issue at present ?
