Hi Lawrence:

I'm trying to help one of our users break up her site by date - linking to historic parts of her site with over 6,000 entries. I have viewNewsItems working quite well - filtering by department and displaying the way I want. My problem - maxDate:"2/14/2008", filters by month and date as expected. But the year has no effect - returning 2009 entries only.

Any suggestions?
