refresh code bug (another one)

because i didn't see my subscribers or refresh code anymore i figured
something was whacky (hadn't seen messages yet) so I tried downloading the
instantOutliner installer again and reinstalling

outlinerPrefs.txt.ftwp does not contain an embedded object
coming from batchExporter.batchImporter via
refreshOutlinerCode

in case it was another do it again kinda thing I tried refreshing 5 or 6
times

then the above mentioned bug happened when i went to refresh code (which i
regained although not the my subscribers )
updating radio.root had no efffect

should i jsut ignore this since I'm not supposed to be seeing the
refreshOutlinerCode  menu option anyway?
