refresh code bug (another one)

You are not supposed to see Refresh Code anymore. All the parts have 
been released through root updates. Future features and bug fixes will 
also be released through root updates, which is why the Refresh Code 
command went away.

Please don't re-run the installer any more, since you're likely to get 
your copy of Radio out-of-synch with the main distribution. You're ok 
for the moment, since the parts that were released through root-updates 
are identical to what you got when you chose Refresh Code, but this 
won't be the case in the future.
