How do you collaborate using the Radio Userland Instant Outliner?

I understand you can add other users in your buddy list, but I have also seen in people's blogs (Adam Curry's piece about logging in from Dubai or something) where they collaborate with other people!

Do we manually cut the other person's related text and paste it into ours? or is there a way to allow multiple people to edit a Project outline for example?
