I'm sure other outliners handle it in different ways (we're all learning a new paradigm here), but since you mentioned Adam, I'm one of the people he's collaborating with.

We're subscribed to each other's outlines. We have a running conversation, and when, for instance, I have a question, and he comes up with an answer, he'll paste the question italicized into his outline, with the answer beneath it (indented outline style); I'll do the converse at my end, adding his reply to the appropriate thread in mine. So that's the cut and paste method you mentioned.

As a cheat to the second question, we could share an outline, but not because that capability is in Radio (at least now, who knows where things will go?) - but we both have access to the servers, and could share one there.

I hope other outliners will mention their methods, since we can all use new ideas.
