This instant outlining is brilliant, but it still only self publication. One good step in the right direction.

I see people thinking about collaboration. We need groups and permissions. We need to have permission to add branches. Information about branches should be meta (date, time, author, history), this could be a "parallel invisible outline" connected to a branch. Best forum software ever. Should we be able to view the outline ordered by dates? by author?

This is idea centered groupware.
