minor bug - handling of broken outline objects

2click on a link or buddy that points to a broken opml object fails
silently.

case in point - Rob McNair-Huff's outline
(http://www.whiterabbits.com/MacNetJournal/instantOutliner/robMcnair-huff.opml)
has a bracket problem somewhere in its guts.  I found this out by going to
the io.opml list and selecting "open in new window" on his outline.

When I was subscribed to his outline, I would have to right-click, select
"copy url", then File->Open URL, then paste, then OK.

Is there some way to notify the user that the outline just 2-clicked is
broken?
