Could we add CSS?

I don't think so. CSS is pretty adaptable, having been used for such strange
formats as RDF/XML. The problem with OPML, however, is that it puts the
textual content inside attributes and I know no way to get it out using CSS.
If it weren't for that, CSS might work pretty well with OPML.
