Contextual Menus and scrollbars

I am starting to learn how to draft web pages in Radio's outliner. There are
rough edges here, but I see some very nice potential.
Here are some observations.
1. When working on large documents under Win2K, the right-hand scrollbar
does not often work as expected and it is difficult to move the window.
2. There should be outliner options on the contextual memus when you
right-click while editing, such as split, join, expand, collapse to parent,
create new entry above/below/deeper, collapse and create new item below, and
move U/D/R/L. Ditto for HTML options. There is no reasxon to require the
user to mouse up to the menus in order to accomplish this sort of thing
after.
3. I cannot figure out how to remove a link, or to edit one once it is
created..
