IO Not Updating?

My IO doesn't seem to update. For example -- and this
was the tipoff -- the latest link to Dave Winer's IO is

4/11/02; 9:31:16 AM by DW -- Description Filter callbacks for RSS

I can't imagine that Dave hasn't written lots since then.

This is version 8.0.7 under Win2K. It has been working perfectly;
none of my Buddies have updated since 4/11 and most of them
much earlier than that.
