New Message: Notification not happening

I have the AIM account dedicated to Radio and it seems to be working. I send a message to this account using the state or news responder and it responds.

I subscribed to my outline, *but I don't see the bold occur*. I looked at the events and I see the notify for the subscription as well as the outline upstream. Do outline inbound notification events go into the events system?

Do you to set the polling value to 0 or something?
