Help!!!

Boy, am I bummed!

I have two problems for which I would be very thankful for any help that is
offered. Thanks in advance.

1) In Dave's FAQ under Example he says
                "3. Choose Open URL from the File menu"

     and then 
                 "4. Paste the URL"

Question: How can I paste if the Edit menu is grayed out?


2) Later he says 
    "Download the RadioPoint Tool and save it into the Tools sub-folder..."

     I did this and now I keep getting a message box saying
 
                               "we attempted to read beyoud the file"

Question: How can I fix what I obviously screwed up?
