This is the inaugural message for the radio-outline mail list.

The charter for this list is simple. Discussion of Radio 8 as an outliner.

Over the next few days we will bootstrap a relatively new thing that we
haven't yet talked about publicly.

Instant Outliners.

The software, as many of you know, has been in development for some time. I
have a third implementation, which is even lighter weight that the previous
two implementations. A new web, we hope, will come of this.
