ok, there are goign to be alot of people using this, and eventually people are going to have great big buddy lists (maybe their entire company, maybe just their workgroup). Once you pass a certain number of people you run into the issue of wanting to respond, or comment on somethign someone said (not via outline) but saying, crap what was thier contact info (e-mail, web, whatever).
This is especially needed when you start subscribing to bloggers you don't generally communicate with. For ex. "Steve Zellers" I haven't a clue who he is, and I don't remember where I subscribe to his outline from and now I want to respond to him but I can't because there is no contact info (actually I can because I remember where I found the link to his page in the first place but my point is that that is frequently NOT groing to be the case).
What I suggest is that on whatever page becomes the "Getting Started with the Instant Outliner" page should suggest that people keep a "contact information" tab in thier outline. so that others don't have to go hunt down their e-mail addy. Since this is to be used with Radio it is fairly certain that everyone is going to have a blog so, I suggest suggesting the following:
Contact Information
* web: http://mybloghome.com/
* email: someone@somewhere.com
Actually i think giving people an example of a simple outline owuld be a good idea to help them see what is possible with it.
