Refresh Code error

You caught a mistake I made, before I had a chance to correct it. You're 
on a MacOS X box, right? Use Sherlock to find the file 
"radio.outliner,fttb" and delete it. Refresh Code will start working 
after that.

(Oh, and you'll probably need to hit Cmd-minus in Radio, to get your 
Radio menu back.)
