Subscribers?

First off, this stuff is cool.  I'm about >< close to rolling this stuff out
at work for my team

Second, In my web logs I see someone subscribing to my instant outline, but
I'm not seeing anyone on my subscribers page.  Is there a description
someplace of how this works?
