question about radio behind a firewall

I'm just playing with the I/O stuff, and the subscription stuff seems a bit
odd (in that it is not working for me).

Scanning through Jake's old entries, I found the bit about creating
outlinerSubscribers.txt (but I had to add .macro. in the middle of the call
to get it to work - now it calls radio.outliner.macros.viewMySubscribers).

I'm subscribed to my own outline, yet I don't show up.

I'm also subscribed to Dave W, JRobb, Jake, Lawrence, and Scoble (if that
helps to debug stuff)

What should I expect?  I have a hunch this could be related to

 1) I'm behind a NAT box

 2) I'm missing some crucial bit of info that will make it all work.

help?
