question about radio behind a firewall

Ok, I understand. You're not missing a crucial bit of info -- that bit 
is that you're behind a NAT. The Outliner Subscribers page will only 
list people who the cloud is able to notify you about. I'm writing a 
page about this right now, and will put a link to the page in my outline 
when I'm done. -Jake
