refresh code bug

[masukomi]

I refreshed and it complained that systemFolderFiles wasn't defined (it
isn't)

then i refreshed again (expecting the same error) and got
The file "C:\Program Files\Radio
Userland\www\system\pages\opmlSubscribe.txt" wasn't found.

refreshed again wondering what it would do this time and got the
opmlSubscribe.txt error again.
