What do you want from a Linux outliner?

I am the author of a Linux outliner called hnb ( http://hnb.sourceforge.net/ )
and I've started spending some time on developing it again. One of my latest
additions were a simplistic OPML import/export module.

And I'm wondering what kind of features would be nice to have for the
kind of people that use radio userland, manila and such software?

(I don't know the software, but I understand that it somehow uses
outlines and it is possible to use external programs to do stuff.)
