Story for outline not working?

Well, it appears this problems has magically resolved itself. I see that
this actually goes out to some other server, I think to render the OPML as
HTML, so maybe that server wasn't working right, or was unreachable from my
web site host.
But, if anyone cares, I'm much less than impressed with these directories
that I'd be led to believe. I've written up my complaints in my blog:
