New Message: Mail-to-Blogger?

I've been trying to get the Mail-to-Blogger functionality to work, but so far have been unsuccessful.

I've ...

A) Set up a mail account for this purpose;
B) Set a "secret subject" and all the other parameters
C) Enabled the "checkMail" thread
D) Sent a bunch of test messages to the account ...

I can see that the thread is running in the Frontier status message box, but that's about all that happens.

Not a big deal, but if there's something I've missed from the instructions provided, it would be helpful to find out what that might be. TIA.
