A while back I created a site at http://ssl.manilasites.com/ for the purpose of collecting information about running manila using SSL. Feel free to add to this site.

Anyone who could fix the 48K Post Limit (see gotchas [1]) issue with the current dll would have my profuse thanks. This is the one thing that really limits using Manila behind IIS, since most pictures and gems are larger than 48K.
