I've also done quite a bit of work connecting Frontier to FMP 5, so I'm curious.

I cache the rendered html using the url as the object name, so if the same request comes in, I can eliminate the trip to FMP. I can do this because editing of records is also mediated by Frontier, so certain commands (edit, delete, etc.) flush the cache.
