I haven't tried this, but it's possible to run Apache in front of both IIS and Frontier, but make it appear as if they're all the same machine and url.

The basic idea is that Apache passes the request onto the third party server (whether on the same machine or another) via ProxyPass. The simplest explanation I've read of it is here [1].
