Interesting. So you've essentially got a custom web interface for FM. Very cool. I've been thinking generally about the caching bit but in my situation all of the changes to the data come from users with Filemaker on their desktop so I would need some way to poll FM for changes and I'm not sure if that's possible.

Can you talk a bit about the mechanism you use to check and flush the cache? Does the script just look for each -edit and -delete parameter in a URL and synch the data again at the end of that transaction?

On other fronts, I'm trying to figure out if I can return an array from Frontier that contains the html text and the contents of several other variables from FM that can be appended to the title and headlines of my page.

I'm also playing around with forms that write directly to FM data bases. This is easy to do although I hadn't thought about using Frontier as a mediator in this process to check and tweak data before it's sent to FM.
