I'm having trouble getting manila sites set up to run behind IIS.

A) If I type in the URL, pages load successfully with Navigator.

B) If I press the reload button, I get the directory listing of the www folder.

Examination of the mainResponder log for A (successful load) shows 11 entries while the log for B shows only 5 entries (missing agent, host, member, pathargs, searchargs, ticks)...useful things no doubt.

So is this cache problem?
