RSS Generation in Frontier?

I posted this to the Frontier DG last week but didn't get a response 
so I'm trying here.

Does anyone know if a script exists for generating RSS files in 
Frontier. I have several outlines that contain departmental news and 
I'd like to write them out to an RSS files at a given interval. I've 
thought of setting up a Radio blog to do this but was hoping I could 
do it in Frontier.
