SSI-like commands in Frontier

After spending the last year getting used to the Manila environment 
we are looking to expand our development efforts a bit.  Coding for 
traditional web servers we make heavy use of SSI commands that allow 
us to conditionally serve html predicated on such variables as 
referrer, host IP etc.  Is there a command set that is SSI-like?  For 
example, we would like to show certain content on a page only if the 
requesting IP is within our intranet.  Is that possible?
