template code problem

Hi all,
Occasionally, when I edit a Manila site template from the browser, my { }
get changed to ascii code after I hit the submit button. I've tried copying
and pasting from a text editor, but I get the same result once I hit submit.
This is a problem because the ascii code isn't being recognized, and so my
macros don't work. I've found that the only way to make the { } stick is to
go down to the server and edit the template directly from there. We're
running an OS 10.1 server. Is this a known bug, and is there a fix?
Thanks,
Sarah
