config.mainresponder.debugLog error

Config.root crash update:

I went ahead with the table.jettison suggestion, then saved a copy of
config.root and replaced the old with the new.  After that I was able to
quit Frontier without the error message popping up, and everything appears
to be happy.

flDebug is now set to false, and we're going to adjust the number of backups
we store so as to save disk space.  Do you have any other suggestions for
maintaining disk space so this doesn't happen again?
